Ordering
- Minimum on-line order is $25.00 (shipping costs are prohibitive under this amount).
- Please use the "Buy Now" buttons to add items to your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, review your cart's contents, make any desired changes, then continue on to pay for your items with PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards; you do not need a PayPal account.
- If you would rather not use the on-line shopping cart, please send an e-mail listing the items, including size if applicable. Please include your complete mailing address and postal code. I will determine the applicable taxes and shipping cost, and e-mail an invoice to you. When your cheque is received, your order will be shipped. (An NSF charge of $35 applies.)

Local Orders for Pick-up or Delivery
Phone (905-342-3743) or e-mail and I'll package your order and have it waiting for you to pick up at your convenience. I'm also happy to deliver orders valued at $50+ within a reasonable distance. Or, you can use the on-line PayPal service and I'll refund the shipping costs.
Shipping: The Where & How
- Because of high shipping costs, minimum order is $25. If the actual cost of shipping is out of line with what you have paid, I'll refund the difference through PayPal. (I don't make a profit on shipping.)
- I am happy to ship internationally. Shipping cost is automatically calculated for destinations in Canada and the United States. For other destinations, please e-mail your Smalbones' order. I will determine the shipping cost and let you know. After your approval, I will ship your order.
- Free shipping on Canadian orders totalling $100 or more.
- Orders will be packed with care. Many items are packaged in glass or aluminum bottles as Smallbones' philosophy forgoes the use of plastic whenever possible. I use the most environmentally-sensitive packing method available (usually re-using packaging materials from supplies sent to Smallbones).
- Shipping is by Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service.
