Wreaths

Each wreath is completely hand-made from natural materials mainly grown on my property. Virginia Creeper or grape vines form the bases, with various plant materials decorating the wreaths.

Crocheted Bookmarks

Bookmarks in different designs. The book thong can be made with regular beads or with alphabet beads. These can be custom-made with the initials of your gift recipient. Measurements exclude tassels. Great stocking-stuffers! $9.50 each

Tomtens

Each Tomten is hand-made from very old wood planks and given individual character; with sheep's wool beard and stuffed bag or firewood sling.

A tomte or nisse is a mythical creature of Scandinavian folklore originating from Norse paganism. They were believed to take care of a farmer's home and children and protect them from misfortune, in particular at night when the housefolk were asleep. They have evolved into the modern "Jultomte," a version of Santa Claus.

There is a small selection of tomtens on hand, but you should order yours in late summer/early autumn so they'll be ready when you're ready to decorate for the season.
